Delete Group


	Delete Group BEFORE YOU DELETE A GROUP, be sure no clients are assigned to it. You can use the Group Stats function to obtain a list of your cients assigned to the group, then change each clients assignement using the "Add or Edit Client..." function. If the group is public and other users have clients assinged to it, they should also remove the designation from each of their clients before the group is deleted. Then to delete the group, use the "Edit Group" option in the Database menu. Select the group you wish to delete from the pop-up menu that lists all groups accessible to you. Click the Delete button. You are only able to delete groups (private or public) that you have created from your user account. Deleting a group does not delete clients or activity records. Database help Help Home
